Where Science Meets Story
Samantha Butler founded Figure3 Creative at the intersection of scientific expertise and creative communication. With a background in Biomedical Illustration from Iowa State University, she learned early on that the best science stories are told collaboratively, across disciplines and perspectives.
That belief has shaped her career, from managing social media for science-focused organizations like the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine, to building a practice dedicated to amplifying the voices of scientists and healthcare professionals who are changing the world.
